Today we join communities all across this great country of ours in recognizing Veterans Day and honoring the men and women who have served in our nation's military. For all Americans, today is an occasion to reflect on our shared history and freedoms we hold dear.
Veterans Day also serves as an opportunity to celebrate the many Rattlers who have served this country. From the Civil War to the present day, Rattlers have built a legacy of service that spans the entire history of our university.
So, to all Veterans we thank you for you service on behalf of a grateful Rattler Nation.
