New delhi date. 18 July 2020, Saturday
Allegations of a coup d'etat in Rajasthan have accelerated. The Congress released two audio tapes alleging that the BJP was conspiring with Sachin Pilot's team of MLAs. There is a conversation with Asa.
On the other hand, BJP spokesperson Sandeep Patra held a press conference today and spoke about the ongoing political tension in Rajasthan. He lashed out at the Gehlot government, saying there was a tussle going on in Rajasthan to become the chief minister and the Congress' domestic feud was now on the road. The quarrel has become so serious that now the whole matter has reached the High Court.
At the same time, he attacked the Gehlot government, saying that the audio clip was against him. It is a serious question whether Congress is legally recording or whether Congress is tapping phones. So Sandeep Patra has demanded a CBI probe into the whole matter. He also said that BJP was being falsely accused by the Congress in the whole matter.
Complaint lodged in ACB
One more chapter has been added to the whole chapter when the political upheaval in Rajasthan is not taking the name of stopping, the whole matter has now been entered by the Anti-Corruption Bureau. In Rajasthan, the matter of sale and purchase of MLAs has now gone to the Anti-Corruption Bureau. An FIR has been lodged in the ACB in connection with the audio tape of the sale.
SOG took action in several places
The SOG of Rajasthan is prosecuting the case in several places. The SOG team reached Manser on Friday evening. Where some Congress MLAs stayed in a hotel. However the SOG was not allowed to enter the hotel. After waiting for about an hour and a half they got inside. However, they did not find Bhavarlal there and had to return empty-handed.
Currently, two Congress-backed MLAs, Bhanwarlal Sharma and Vishwendra Singh, have been suspended from the party's primary membership.
