Tensions are rising between China and the United States in the South China Sea.
Satellite images clearly show that China has begun deploying fighter jets on artificial islands in the South China Sea.
China has deployed four J-11B type bombers and the rest of the bombers on an island in the South China Sea. These fighter jets can be used to target US warships if needed. The first to be deployed on Woody Island Many times China has launched military operations on such a large scale.
However, the United States does not appear to have made any difference to Zazo. The United States has also begun a second phase of maneuvers.
Experts believe that China is now rapidly militarizing South China Sea in response to US fears. China has found an excuse to deploy fighter jets on the island. China's move has alarmed neighboring countries such as Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia.
The South China Sea is believed to have mineral and oil deposits, which is why China is asserting its claim to the area.
