2 FAMUans chosen for Beats by Dre HBCU Creative Program

 
Elijah Rutland, a fourth-year graphic design student and Jazmin Johnson who studied “film” at FAMU  have been selected to participate in the inaugural Beats by Dre Black Future Creator Program. 

Rutland, specifically, will work with the Beats design to create a custom headphone and matching packaging for its 2021 Black History Month collection.  Johnson, on the other hand, will  create custom content, mostly short films, for the Beats’ platform.
