Centralia WA March 14 2020
Police responded to assist hospital security at 1:35 p.m. on Monday.
A patient had assaulted a nurse and a security officer prior to their arrival.
Officers arrived and arrested Edward E. Jerns, 32, of Chehalis, at the 900 block of South Scheuber Road and booked him into Lewis County Jail.
Jerns has been charged with third-degree assault after he allegedly bit a nurse and a security guard.
