WATHER REPORT 28 OCTOBER 2019

KalimNews, 28 October 2019; IMD REPORT- SUMMARY OF OBSERVATION RECORDED AT 0830 HOURS OF 27 October 2019: Very light to moderate rain occurred at one or two places over Odisha; very light to light rain occurred at one or two places over Darjeeling, Jalpaiguri, Alipurduar, South Dinajpur districts of Sub ­Himalayan West Bengal; very light rain occurred at many places over Andaman & Nicobar Islands; at one or two places over Bankura, Purulia, East Midnapur, West Burdwan, Birbhum, Nadia districts of Gangetic West Bengal, Jharkhand.
Weather remained dry over Sikkim, Bihar. Yesterday's maximum temperature appreciably rose at many places with markedly rose at a few places in Bihar, Jharkhand; appreciably rose at a few places with markedly rose at one or two places in Sub ­Himalayan West Bengal, Gangetic West Bengal, Odisha; appreciably fell at one or two places in Sub­Himalayan West Bengal,Gangetic West Bengal and no large change occurred elsewhere in the region.
Those were appreciably below normal at most places with markedly below normal at a few places in Gangetic West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha;below normal at most places with appreciably to markedly below normal at a few places in Sub­ Himalayan West Bengal and were normal else wherein the region.Today's minimum temperature appreciably rose at a few places in Sub ­Himalayan West Bengal;at one or two places in Odisha and No large change occurred elsewhere in the region.Those were above normal at many places in Jharkhand; at a few places in Odisha; at one or two places in Sikkim, Bihar and were normal elsewhere in the region. 
Cyclonic circulation over west Assam & neighbourhood persists and now extends upto  0.9 km  above mean sea level. Trough from north Odisha to the above cyclonic  circulation  across Gangetic West Bengal at 0.9 km above mean sea level has become less  marked.  A trough of low at mean sea level from north Sri Lanka coast to southeastern parts  of  southwest  Bay of Bengal now lies over southwest Bay of Bengal off Sri Lanka coast.
